Every Bokoll account comes with a built-in free scan that renews every week. You don't need to add a card or buy anything — just paste in a Booli or Hemnet link and the AI reads the inspection report, annual report and bylaws and flags the risks for you. Invite a friend — get 5 free scans each
Most people buying a home know someone else who's also looking. Bokoll's referral program rewards you both: when a friend creates an account via your personal link and buys their first scan package, you get 5 free scans and your friend gets 5 extra scans on top of their package. Here's how:
01Log in and open Settings → Invite (Inställningar → Bjud in)
Create a free account at bokoll.app if you don't already have one. Then go to Settings and the "Invite" (Bjud in) tab, where you'll find your personal invite link.
02Copy and share your link
The link looks like bokoll.app/auth?ref=YOURCODE. Send it via text, email or social media to friends who are buying a home.
03Your friend creates an account via the link
Your friend clicks the link and signs up. The referral is linked automatically — nothing more is required from either of you.
04You both get 5 scans each when your friend buys their first package
When your friend buys their first scan package (at least 10 scans), the reward is credited immediately: 5 free scans for you and 5 extra for your friend, valid for 12 months.
Worked example
The smallest scan package costs 200 kr for 10 scans — so one scan is worth roughly 20 kr. Every friend who buys their first package gives you 5 scans, equivalent to 100 kr. Invite four friends and you've earned 400 kr worth of scans — completely free.

When do I get my 5 free scans?
As soon as your friend completes their first purchase of a scan package (any package counts — the smallest is 10 scans). The reward is credited automatically to both of you, no extra steps needed. You'll see the scans in your dashboard balance and in your purchase history, labelled "Referral".
How many friends can I invite?
There's no limit. You get 5 scans for every friend who creates an account via your link and buys their first package. Invite four friends who all buy a package, and you've earned 20 free scans.
How long are the free scans valid?
Scans earned through referrals are valid for 12 months from the day they're credited — the same validity period as purchased scans.
My friend created an account without using my link — can this be fixed afterwards?
Yes, if the account is less than 7 days old and your friend hasn't made a purchase yet. Have your friend open your invite link and log in again, and the referral will be linked automatically.
What can I use a scan for?
A scan is a complete AI analysis of a home: the inspection report, annual report (årsredovisning) and bylaws (stadgar) are read through, hidden risks are flagged, and you get key figures like debt per square metre, closing prices for comparable homes, renovation history, nearby building projects, and commute times to schools and public transport.
Do I have to pay anything to invite friends?
No. Creating an account, sharing your link and receiving the reward are all completely free. Only your friend needs to buy their first package for the reward to be credited — and your friend gets 5 extra scans on top of their purchase.
